My experience was very good. Arriving, Preston Ford pulled my appointment up, took my keys and expressed we'll take care of it. Approximately 30 minutes I was informed the car was done. Oil change and inspection was timely. Awesome service. Thanks

Overall just a great experience working with the dealer as they gave me a very fair price on the trade and were one of the cheapest price on the mustang I could find within a 750 mile radius of me.

My auto purchasing philosophy has always been: never buy a used car from a dealer. Preston has totally changed my attitude. Top notch staff, amazing customer service. Excellent experience all around.

Gary delivered the car to the address provided we signed a few papers and within 5 minutes he was driving back to the dealer with my trade and I had the keys of my new car in my hand ready to drive.

Preston Ford was a pleasure to work with compared to most dealers. I had spoken to Neil Murray and he was quick and answered all my questions. Great salesman no pressure or bully tactics plus very professional. I live 6 hours from the dealer but they had the exact mustang GT with the options I had wanted. I had asked them if they could give me a trade in value on my truck without making the 12 hour round trip just to see what they would give me.

Once we settled on the price and agreed to a deal they told me that they could deliver it right to my location at no cost! This was just icing on top of a great deal as it saved me a very very long day of driving.

D+. they did everything a car dealership is supposed to do but they made a few errors. The 1st is I am going to have to take it back and just leave it there. Why you ask??? Well, after I waited around for 4-5 hours to get the used truck I had picked out, I unknowingly signed a document saying I would pay $935.00 a month for a vehicle. It was a pressure sale and was 1am in the morning. Since a used automobile is not like any other major purchase, you do not have the 3 day rescission clause where you can change your mind within a 3 day period. It is my fault. I signed the document but I did not catch that part. It is a house payment NINE HUNDRED & THIRTY FIVE DOLLARS A MONTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. WOW. So I may as well park it there and save them the trouble of repossession attempts. ADDENDUM: April 2017 .....The Bank did come repossess the truck and by law was supposed to offer me the chance to buy it back. I can afford it now. They never did that. Chase Bank. Don't deal with them and please don't let Preston pressure you into sales you cannot afford

They asked me to send photos of the truck so I did and within a few hours they gave me a price on trade that was 2-3k higher than the other dealerships that I had to drive in to get an appraisal on.

We weren't planning on buying a new car until we fixed our credit. But life happens & husband's car broke down. Darcy Cooper our sales consultant was caring, determined, & personable. He involved his Sales manager in Mazda dept to assist us cause we had nothing to offer. I did not catch his name but he also was patient & determined. Then they even worked harder & involved Keith Bigger another Sales Manager. They all worked as a team to get us were we needed & into a reliable vehicle due to them knowing my husband had to drive from Denton Md to Washington Dc. To work everyday. Went to Hertritch in Easton earlier & did not get same warm feeling. They stated they can't do better on payment & that's just the way it is. We couldn't afford that & only dealt with our sales consultant & his manager at Hertrich, so they just let us leave. The manager never even left his desk to say anything to us. So we went to Preston & left with a 2017 Nissan Sentra with heated seats, back up camera, navigation, Gap insurance, Wi-Fi and a payment $70 less a month than Hertritch offered. Here are pics below.
